The whole kit just makes the travel experience so much better. To me, it seems impossible not to feel refreshed upon arrival if you follow the protocol and the simple steps they recommend. I used it on an 8-hour overnight flight and, for the first time ever, I slept through the entire flight. I woke up just as we were landing, the best feeling ever. Thanks, guys. You did exactly what you promised. Great work! Don’t change a thing.
the idea of better support and deep rest sounded perfect. But when I tried it on, it just didn’t work for me at all. I have a shorter neck, and no matter how I positioned the pillow, it either pushed my head forward in an awkward way or left too much space to provide any support. I ended up not using it during my flight because it was actually more uncomfortable with it on. I wish there had been sizing options or some kind of guidance for people with different body types. It might work for others, but for me it was a complete miss. I'm returning it. Luckily they made the return process pretty simple.
I really wanted to like this kit. The concept seemed great, and I was genuinely looking forward to trying it on my long-haul flight. But when I opened the box, there was literally a hole in the side of the pillow — like a small tear right along the seam. For a premium product, this kind of thing is just unacceptable. I didn’t even get to try it out because I didn’t trust it wouldn’t rip further. I reached out to customer service and haven’t heard back in 3 days. Extremely disappointed, especially considering the price. It completely ruined the unboxing experience, and now I’m stuck with something I can’t even use. Hopefully they come with a good solution.
